Shipping policy
DELIVERY:
We’re not Amazon & Co. We don’t have the processes or structures of a large corporation – and we can’t (yet) calculate costs in the same way as the big players. Nevertheless, we don’t want you to bear the full cost of delivery on your own. So here’s the deal:
- If your basket total is 75 Euros or more, we’ll cover the delivery costs to you (within Germany). In return, you’ll cover the cost of returning the items to us.
- For all shopping baskets under 75 Euros, we’ll charge you a pro-rata shipping fee of 4,99 Euros (within Germany). Here too, you’ll cover the cost of returning the items to us.
Does that sound fair?
You can find the costs for international deliveries below. Here too, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
And because sustainability is important to us at Wee Scrubs in every respect, we naturally send all our parcels via DHL GoGreen and use sustainable packaging materials. That goes without saying.
RETURNS:
As mentioned above, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
But we’ve made it easy for you: if you ordered from Germany, you can request a pre-paid and pre-filled return label from us via your customer account. We’ll send it to you by email – it’s really straightforward.
We’ll deduct the cost of the label from your refund as soon as your parcel is back with us. Incidentally, we pass on to you exactly the costs that DHL charges us – with no mark-up. Super fair.
